Ingredients:
Leftover ham, chopped
1 bag wide egg noodles
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
Butter and olive oil (for sautéing)
Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the egg noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat a combination of butter and olive oil over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and sauté until soft and translucent.

Stir in the garlic and chopped ham and cook until fragrant and lightly golden.

Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss everything together until well combined and heated through.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Simple, filling, and best enjoyed with family around the table. Serve warm and enjoy!
