Spooktacular Pumpkin Carving Contest

Most Realistic may be a representation of any living creature, plant, person or fictional character.
Age Groups:
8-12 / 13-19 / 20-34 / 35-54 / 55+
Prizes:
First Place: $100 / Second Place: $75 / Third Place: $50
Winners:
First, second and third place winners will be selected in each category per age group – There will be 45 winners!
Contest Rules:
• Your entry may be a real pumpkin or gourd of any color. Craft or foam pumpkins/gourds are not permitted.
• Pumpkins must be carved and/or shaved. Paints or markers may also be used in the design.
• Props may be attached to the pumpkin, if an integral part of the design.
• Craft machine die cuts or pre-cut decals, stickers, etc. are not permitted as part of the final design.
• Carved pumpkins should be illuminated with non-flammable candles or other battery-operated lights.
• All participants must be current members of the FCSU.
• FCSU Members may enter once per category, but cannot enter the same pumpkin in multiple categories.
Submit 3 Photos:
Submit three photos of your pumpkin (only the pumpkin) with the COMPLETED entry form:
1. Photo of your pumpkin prior to carving.
2. Photo of your carved pumpkin in daylight.
3. Photo of your carved pumpkin illuminated at night.
Entry Deadline:
Entries must be received no later than November 10, 2025
