Four Categories of Photos – Open to Dogs and Cats
- Keeping Cool – Keeping Cool Show us how your pet keeps cool in the summer sun. How do they beat the heat?
- Playing Around – Capture your pet in action — jumping, running, catching, etc. Just having fun.
- Looking Alike – Send us your best look-a-like photo of you with your fur baby. (Not just dressed alike.)
- Making Mischief – Catch your furry friend in the act of being naughty. “Who me?”
Portraits of cute pets are adorable, but please be sure your photo represents one of the four categories. The most unique photos have the best chance to win. (It is difficult to select a winner from dozens of dogs sitting by a pool.)
Cash prizes of $200, $150, $100, and $50 will be awarded to 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th places within each category.*
Sixteen prizes in total.
Limit of one photo submission per member. The pet may be yours, belong to a friend, neighbor or another family member. Winning photos will be published in the Jednota. *The decisions of independent judges are final.
