Think Spring with Our New Easter Coloring Contest
For many of us, January brought bitterly cold temperatures, icy conditions and an abundance of snowfall. To help chase away the winter blues and usher in an early spring, we’re launching a new coloring contest with traditional Easter themes. So, before you get ready to color your Easter eggs, gather your crayons or pencils for a different kind of coloring fun! May you have a joyful and blessed Easter Season.
Categories and Prizes
There are seven categories of competition–four age groups for our children/youth members, and three age groups for adult members.
- Children and Youth Ages: 4-6, 7-9, 10-12, and 13-17. Three winners will be chosen per age group within each Region. Prizes for first, second, and third place are $50, $35, and $25 respectively, with the possibility of 12 winners per region. (96 total winners.)
- Adult Ages: 18-34, 35-69, and 70+. One winner will be chosen from each adult age group per region, with the possibility of three winners per region. (24 total winners.) Each winner will receive a $100 prize. (Note we adjusted the age ranges of the adult groups from previous contests.)
How to print coloring pages
The coloring pages must be the same size as what is printed in the paper. To ensure you print the image correctly, follow the directions below:
• When you print the .pdf, scroll down to “Page Size and Handling”.
• Choose “Actual Size” or “Custom – 100%” to ensure you print the correct size.
• Cut off the entry form and tape it to the back of the picture before submission.

Official rules
- Contest entry is limited to current FCSU members, with one entry per member. Each participant must be in our membership records, and not simply related to a member.
- Complete all information on the entry form. Entries without age and branch # will be disqualified.
- Cut out and color the Easter picture for your age. Pictures are printed in the February and March 2026 issues of the Jednota.
- Copies may be made for additional entries for your family. Pictures may also be printed from the FCSU website. Please print/copy at the original picture size, as enlarging or reducing the image is not permitted.
- Color your entry using crayons or colored pencils only. Use of markers gel pens or will result in disqualification. Please do not add any type of embellishments to the pictures such as glitter, borders, stickers, or craft items.
- Mail your colored picture with the entry form taped to the back of the picture to: Joanne Fibbi, Fraternal Activities Director, 1741 Hempstead Ln, Pittsburgh, PA 15241.
- Deadline: Entries must be received by April 10, 2026. (This is not a postmark date.) We recommend mailing entries a minimum of one week prior to the deadline.
- Decisions from the independent judges will be final. Winners will be announced in the June 2026 Jednota.
