53rd Quadrennial Convention

Preparations are officially underway for our 53rd Quadrennial Convention.
We encourage all members to review our Bylaws, particularly Sections 4.05 and 11, which provide a comprehensive overview of the Convention. These sections outline key details of the Convention, qualifications of Delegates, Branch and District representation, duties of a Delegate, meeting procedures, and the conduct of business.
Delegates must be elected at one of the branch meetings before March 23, 2026. Please refer to Bylaws Section 11.03 and 11.04 for delegate qualifications. Please note that any Election of Delegates must be clearly stated in the meeting announcement and published in our official organ at least 30 days prior to the Branch or District meeting. After the meeting announcement, Branches and Districts may begin electing Delegates and Alternates. The official Delegate count will be mailed after February 1, 2026.
